We accept payments through Net banking, Debit/Credit card, Paytm, Google pay, other wallet/UPI payments. However we do not provide the option of cash on delivery. But we may introduce this facility anytime in near future. We can custom opt this if customer make 10% advance, rest 90% can be made COD.

All the prices are inclusive of GST and other incidental taxes (if any).

By updating your GST number with JAE Furniture, as a Business customer, you will get a GST invoice and you can file these GST Invoices for returns through GST portal, and claim input tax credit on your business purchases.

However, please note that according to the provisions of CGST/SGST and IGST Act, you do not get ITC benefits for the GST paid on purchase on household furniture.

Once the items are shipped, It usually takes 4-8 days to be delivered to most part of the country. We ship all our products through delivery partners of repute such as – Amazon Shipping / Gati  / ExpressBees /  Delhivery, etc.

We do not accept returns except in circumstances where you receive a defective or broken product. You need to intimate us about the same by mail within 24 hours of the receipt of product. It is mandatory to show the proofs of defective products through pictures. We will pick the product within 2 days from your address and replace it as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Following are the cancellation charges applicable:

Within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order Rs. 500
Within 24-48 hours of placing the order 50% of the order value
Beyond 48 hours of placing the order 100% of the order value
