Return & Refund Policy — Antique Home Decors

At Antique Home Decors, we are committed to delivering premium handcrafted products with utmost care. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.


Return Eligibility Criteria

  1. Return Window: You may request a return within 8 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Product Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  3. Eligible Return Reasons:

    • Product received is damaged or defective.

    • Product received is different from what was ordered.

    • Change of Mind / Personal Reasons (return accepted with applicable charges).


Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns for:

  • Products that are used, assembled, installed, or show signs of usage.

  • Customized or Made-to-Order items (unless defective on arrival).

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Return requests made after 8 days from delivery.


Return Process

  1. Initiate Return Request:

    • Contact us within 8 days of delivery via:

    • Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos (in case of damage/defect).

  2. Return Approval:

    • After verification, eligible returns will be approved.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • For defective/wrong items: We will arrange reverse pickup.

    • For change-of-mind returns: Customer must ship the item back at their own expense to our warehouse.


Refund Terms & Deductions

Damaged/Defective Product Full refund or free replacement after inspection.
Incorrect Product Delivered Full refund or free replacement after inspection.
Change of Mind / Customer Return Refund after deducting 2-way shipping charges + 10% restocking fee from the order amount.
Customized Items (Change of Mind) Non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time & Mode

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer after verifying customer bank details.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted on cancellations.

  • If the product has been dispatched or booked for shipping within this window, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Customized/Made-to-Order items are non-cancellable once confirmed.


Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Return request is raised after 8 days of delivery.

  2. Product is used, assembled, or tampered with.

  3. Product not returned in original packaging.

  4. Incorrect or insufficient delivery address provided by the customer.

  5. Non-availability of the recipient or refusal to accept the order.

  6. Delivery made to a third party or alternate address as per customer’s request.

  7. Damages occurring after delivery due to mishandling.

  8. Situations beyond control (Force Majeure events like floods, lockdowns, etc.).
